90-minute sessions to give you time to brunch, coffee shop at Westleigh Village or just walk the Park.
Running style and technique, horizontal jump technique, strength and conditioning, warm up and cool down as well as discussions during the day on nutrition and the benefits of sport and movement. Speed, acceleration and power.
Best suited to ages 8 to 14 years old. Small class sizes
Every day 9:30am to 11:00am
Every day 2:30 to 4:00pm
