Couch to 5k and Couch(ish) to 5k in sub 30 minutes

Get started on your journey to running 5km. At some point Parkrun ( https://www.parkrun.com.au/) will be back, be ready for it when it does.

This is a mix of personalised sessions including fitness testing and progress testing, 1 on 1 road runs in the locality and a weekly plan for you to follow.

If you have some running or fitness experience we will aim for a sub 30 minute 5km run.

One face to face session and plans for 3 more days each week for $40.

This is for anyone from high school age to adults. No experience is necessary and sessions are catered to you and your ability and time.
