For those who fancy something longer, I also like the SMC race series. Early Sunday mornings, there is a 5km, 10km and half marathon once a month. Pan flat course 🙂 https://www.sydneymarathonclinic.org.au

This is a mix of personalised sessions including fitness testing and progress testing, 1 on 1 road runs in the locality and a weekly plan for you to follow.

If you have some running or fitness experience we will aim for a sub 30 minute 5km run.

Also happy to target a half marathon or full marathon time. Also happy to pace you through either a half or full marathon.

One face to face session and plans for 3 more days each week for $40.

This is for anyone from high school age to adults. No experience is necessary and sessions are catered to you and your ability and time.
